Right of withdrawal (14 days)
Under Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 calendar days from receipt to withdraw without justification. To exercise it, notify us before the deadline by email at contact@nexusinstrumentgear.com or using the model form below.
Returning the item
Return the product within 14 days of notifying us, in its original condition and packaging, unused and complete. Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer unless the item is faulty or non-conforming.
Refunds
We refund all payments received (including standard outbound shipping) within 14 days of receiving the returned item, or of proof of return, using the same payment method, at no extra cost to you.
Exceptions
Per Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised. None of the products currently sold on this website fall into that category — the right of withdrawal applies to our full catalogue, including printed apparel, stickers, mugs and patches.
Faulty or non-conforming items
Covered by the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects (see Terms & Conditions, Article 9). We cover return and replacement costs in such cases.
