Right of withdrawal (14 days). Under Art. L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 calendar days from receipt to withdraw without justification. To exercise it, notify us before the deadline by email at [email] or using the model form below.
Returning the item. Return the product within 14 days of notifying us, in its original condition and packaging, unused and complete. Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer unless the item is faulty or non-conforming.
Refunds. We refund all payments received (including standard outbound shipping) within 14 days of receiving the returned item (or proof of return), using the same payment method, at no extra cost.
Exceptions (no withdrawal). Per Art. L221-28, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised — e.g. custom-engraved knives / serial-personalised items. [Confirm which of your products are custom.]
Faulty or non-conforming items. Covered by the legal guarantees (see T&Cs Art. 9). We cover return and replacement costs in such cases.
